Customers briefed us on their application control wish-lists and learned what we have planned for future releases at an interactive briefing in Sydney.

On a brisk afternoon at Doltone House in Sydney, our Chief Executive Officer, David Cottingham, presented our solution roadmap, took questions and heard from customers about how application control could become even more effective for their organizations.

David reinforced the importance of providing certainty to customers about our solution and direction as a business. “Our job here is to deliver software that allows you to choose what you trust and block everything else,” he told attendees. “Through that, Airlock Digital prevents ransomware and malware and gives you great risk reduction across all your key systems."

“We do that by being really intentional about what we’re building and focusing relentlessly on the foundational principles that make great enterprise software: stay lean, integrate with your ecosystem of tools and ensure the software delivers what it says on the tin.”

David stressed the need to continue to understand customers’ experiences and reinforced that we had no plans to dilute or shift our focus from precision application control. “Allowlisting is hard, and we make it easy,” he said. “We want to focus on the process problem of allowlisting and have a great roadmap over the next two years [that details] how we can do better.”

David’s presentation also covered the development and launch of our auto-scale, multi-tenant cloud platform in August 2024. This enables enterprise administrators to break their organizations down into individual, discrete parts from an application control management perspective. Simply by logging in to their Airlock Digital instances, our customers can request additional instances and segmentation to support variations in application control requirements across desktops, servers or other areas.

“If this is something you would benefit from, let us know and we’ll migrate you to this platform, which is feature-equivalent [to our single-server solution],” David told attendees.

David then provided a comprehensive overview of recent releases and features in releases planned for the short to medium term. Attendees received an early look at our revamped UI, built for speed and clarity, as well as planned features such as automated policy creation, staggered self-update to enable administrators to target specific population sizes and change windows, and much more.  Sydney Summit 2025 David photo 1

Customers took the opportunity to ask David directly about the roadmap and their individual application control challenges, before enjoying a relaxed networking session to close out the event.
