Airlock Digital Legal FAQs

The terms of our End User License Agreement are the same whether you buy direct or through an authorized partner. If you purchase direct, Airlock Digital will invoice you direct. If you purchase through an authorized partner, they will invoice you.

The Airlock Digital software is an "off the shelf" solution that customers can access and is not customized or developed for customers. As such, Airlock Digital does not create "deliverables" for customers that are subject to any transfers of ownership. Each party retains its own existing IP, with IP in the software remaining with Airlock Digital at all times.

We're not trying to push unusual legal terms onto customers. Our positions reflect what you'd usually see from established cybersecurity vendors. The goal is to make sure risk sits with the party best placed to manage it and that the commercial risk remains proportionate to the value of the contract.

If there is a genuine business concern, we are always happy to discuss it, but our approach is based on what is generally accepted across the market, and our pricing is predicated on the terms.

Airlock Digital is ISO 27001 certified, SOC 2 Type II compliant, and implements best practice security practices. Further information about security practices can be found at our Trust Center: https://security.airlocklockdigital.com

Airlock Digital's software solution is delivered as a standardized product with uniform service levels across all customers and our SLA is applied uniformly across our customer base. This approach enables us to maintain consistent, reliable performance and support quality while achieving operational efficiencies that keep our pricing competitive.

We focus our resources on continuous product improvement rather than managing multiple service tiers so you receive the same high-quality service that has been refined through our experience with hundreds of customers.

We do not have any visibility into customer systems/content. The usage data processed by Airlock Digital's software is limited to certain file metadata. We can provide you with a copy of our PII Statement separately on request. Please contact us at legal@airlockdigital.com
